• We have an in-door Air Rifle shooting range.  The charges are minimum Rs.50/- for first 10 pellets and subsequently, all pellets are charged at Rs.5/- each.

Note 2:

Room service is not available at the Olde Bangalore Resort because of the tented accommodation. The aromas tend to linger on the fabric and spilt-over foods attract all kinds of unwelcomed pests like cockroaches and rodents.

Note 3:
Proper sports attire in terms of Sport shoes, swimming costumes, bathing caps etc. is mandatory for using the sports and other facilities.

As a part of our standard policy, we do not allow use of the swimming pool in T-shirts, Bermudas and shorts for men and women. The guests are requested to carry their swimming costumes and towels. The same can, however, be bought from us. The swimming pool towels are also available on chargeable basis.

BILLING INSTRUCTIONS:  As per our Standard policy, we require 50% advance payment at the time of confirmation.  Confirmation cannot be guaranteed unless 25% non-refundable advance is made.  The balance amount is to be settled at the time of departure.

Payment by Amex Card will be charged 3% extra on the total bill.

CANCELLATION POLICY:  7 days before the actual event – No cancellation charges.  Any cancellation between 7 days and within 48 hours of the event will be subject to a 25% retention charge based on ‘expected’ gross billing. Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows will be billed completely.
